MYST

We have been using the video game "MYST" during our writing block to help improve our descriptive writing. While "doing" the game we have been writing in our 'Myst Journals" as well as writing a range of poetry. We have made some voice threads so that we can share our "Haiku Poems". Haiku poems are very tricky to write. They are 3 lines long, the first line has to have 5 syllables, the second line has to have 7 syllables and the third line has to have 5 syllables. Haiku poems come from Japan and are usually written about nature. Leave us a comment and let us know what you think of our poems!
